Forged Tube/Forged Cylinder
As per the customers’ drawing or request, the right forged tubes or forged cylinders are made with the carbon steel, stainless steel or some special steel. Our hot work will give you the outstanding forging ratio for making the tight product by our hydraulic forging press. Based on our facility, the large size and heavy forging pieces are our strength.
Forged Disk/Blind Flange
Our own 80MN forging press is good at forming the forging with 340，000kgs per piece and the OD up to 208”(53,000mm).
Other Customized Forgings
We have good capability in forging steel pieces with the height up to 78”(2,000mm) and successfully made the F321 stainless forgings fully machined 28,000kgs per piece this year.
